Agriment Services, Inc. was founded in 1994 to administer technical assistance to livestock producers as they cope with the ever changing regulatory process. Agriment Services is a waste management consulting firm prepared to confront the needs of the livestock producer with over 20 years' experience in the field of animal waste management. Since the inception of the company, Agriment Services has assisted hundreds of swine, dairy and poultry producers throughout the Midwest, North Carolina and Virginia, with one common goal in mind, “Remaining in Compliance”. In recent years, Agriment Services has diversified its business model by adding such services as a comprehensive Ag insurance program, specialized Ag realty & auction service, sludge reduction program and a vast product line of bio-products. Agriment Services has grown, diversified, and become an Industry Leader by being on the cutting edge of Animal Waste Management.

In 2015, as the executor of a client's estate, I was asked to liquidate the assets of his entire estate. One of the main challenges of disposing of this estate was that it contained four (4) separately permitted swine farms, substantial farm land, a house and other real estate, and a voluminous amount of farm equipment.
